In solei from DOX, MyoD, Myf5, Mrf4, and myogenin expression was observed to be +25%, -10%, +5%, and -25%, respectively when compared to CON, and -6%, +11%, -17%, and -12%, respectively in CR+DOX solei when compared to CON.
MyoD, Myf5, Mrf4, and myogenin expression in DOX EDL were observed to be -4%, -44%, -14%, and -29%, respectively when compared to CON and -24%, -58%, -11%, and -43%, respectively in the EDL from CR+DOX when compared to CON.
